Uptown Jammin’ Newsletter for October 2021

It’s official: We’re in the 4th quarter of 2021 which means cooler temperatures, less humidity and precipitation. Visiting families and friends during the upcoming holidays = BIG FUN!

September activity around The Villages picked up considerably, including The African American Club’s welcome back celebration and resumption of The Sophisticated Gents of Florida’s annual picnic at Eaton Beach.

Uptown Jammin’s dance parties in September were….well, you know – HOT, HOT, HOT! A less crowded First Friday happens this week. Tickets are available. And don’t forget to get your tickets early for third Friday, October 15th. Theme colors for the month are orange and black.

NOTE: For the consideration of others, if you are not fully vaccinated, we encourage you to wear a mask. Likewise, if you are not feeling well, get better soon; we will see you next time.
Masks will be provided if needed, and hand sanitizer will be available.
